i wouldnt go with what the serving size says tho i dont think a person would need more then 3/4 of a scoop.
it gives u focus and it gives u a great pump with energy
i have used a Jack3d, No-Explode , Animal Pump, white flood before. I have to say so far i really like this product its a good one.
