It's a pain having to stretch every morning or night, especially w/ a full time job and 2 children under 3. However, I leave this thing next to my bed and stretch first thing in the AM and last thing in the PM and it works very well. I first started using it while in PT and found that of all the other stretches they had me do, this one seemed like the most productive and felt the most effective.

So, naturally, they changed the formula. I couldn't even make it through the first shake of this new formula. DISGUSTING. I loved the other stuff, and so did all of my clients. This new stuff is nasty. There isn't that much of a change nutritionally, so I don't understand the need for a change. So I now have a full bottle of this junk at home. Thanks Apex! (More customer reviews)First time I tried this, I was really skeptical, but I was positively surprised. The flavor of rocky road pro-complex is absolutely incredible in my opinion. It tasted chocolately but with a really NICE aftertaste. As for the ingredients, it includes egg protein, which makes this protein have a slightly better amino acid profile than regular whey, although in my opinion, the difference is quite minimal. The downside is that this costs much more money than regular 100% whey.
Still, if you feel like you want to try something new, and hopefully something that tastes better than your regular whey, I would actually recommend that you give this a shot.

My only complaint is that the chocolate coating flakes off in many little pieces. I've gotten it all over my desk and my pants (until I learned to eat a bar over a paper towel or plate). Since the advantage of these bars is that they can be eaten on the go, the flaking is a major inconvenience. I have tried refrigerating the bars, but that makes them too hard to eat without raising concerns about chipping a tooth.
