Can't vouch for "Blue Raspberry", this company puts a horrible blue dye in their products that turn your mouth blue. What's that all about?
It's good to have an alternative to other proteins. Whey and Soy are basically toxic.
Stay with Egg and/or Beef.
FYI Bought some at the local nutrition shop (Lindberg Nutrition Center, Torrance, CA) 2 lbs for 31.99 (no waiting, no shipping) Check out your local vitamin wholesale shop.

I was excited when I was mixing it because it mixes so much better than the 2544, but the taste is horrible. It's like a diet milkshake. The aftertaste is even worse. Great that it has only 18g of sugars compared to the 60g in the 2544 but at the expense of decent flavor. The scoop is about 1/3 larger than the scoop in the tub of 2544 and the serving size is still 4 whole scoops. I guess that's how they get "more" calories per serving. I am definitely not pleased but I will finish the bucket and edit my review once it is done. The other flavors are all sweetened with sucralose as well so I won't be wasting my time trying them.
Hopefully I see some results!

This stuff is the embodiment of the controlled studies science post workout complements of Glucose, Protein, Glutamine, Leucine, and Creatine. It hits your body, activating insulin and accelerating protein synthesis in that critical 30 mins post training anabolic window. And the stuff tastes amazing to boot, even though it contains hydrolyzed whey; green apple rocks!
I have a "REALLY" tough time gaining mass, but using this stuff over 3 weeks I gained 5 lbs of muscle while better shredding my abs. Who knew you could still loose fat and gain muscle outside of initial strength training?
The only criticism I have is that it has all those idiotic proprietary made up words on the nutrition label like, VOLUBILIZING, CREATONIC, ANA-IMA-DORK-FOR-BELIEVING. Apparently Universal fell prey to the same nonsensical words the snake oil salesmen make up to dazzle you.
Overall, a near perfect post exercise supplement.

I have never heard of it before, but seemed to be getting some pretty good reviews. I have struggled with "getting going" when getting to the gym. The 1 M.R. seemed to help a little. The taste isn't too bad. It is not over powering, it is pretty easy going down, and it isn't gridy or sandy feeling like some of the other ones out there. Sometimes i notice the affect still after my workout. I would still try and take it 4-5 hours before you plan on sleeping, otherwise it will be difficult sleeping later. if you haven't taken anything before and this is your first workout supplement, try to only take the recommended amount or just a little less. Once you get into a routine, then only would i take the recommended or a little more. I have a feeling that this stuff could really give you a kick if you took more.
Overall, not bad.

#1. It's high in protein. 50 g protein per serving, (2 scoops); and only 23% of calories from fat.
#2. It's Lactose free: there are few protein powders out there that are lactose free, since most are whey/milk-based. Monster Milk is also milk/whey-based, but they've removed the lactose, so it doesn't give me gas. A big plus at the gym and at home! I have tried soy-based powders in order to avoid lactose & whey and they are bland, chalky and leave un-blended lumps in the blender.
#3. The vanilla flavor is great, rich and not chalky.
#4. It blends smoothly with no residual lumps in the corners or sides of the blender like other powders do.
I add it to water with a slash of CranRaspberry Juice and it's the best.

One disadvantage that I was not aware of prior to purchasing is that you cannot use this machine for a chest workout because of safety concerns. Manual states: "Electrodes used for electrical stimulation should not be applied across the chest because the introduction of electrical currents into the chest may cause rhythm disturbances to the heart."
Another disadvantage is the electorde pads are somewhat inconvenient and must be replaced at a cost.
I do recommend this product. It is great to have while traveling.

However, whey protein, creatine and amino acids have always worked. Well, I have added this one to the list because the results were very noticeable. I was also taking NitroTech at the same time but not so much because it makes me loose definition and gets me a feeling of fulness for long periods of time. By itself, I think it is a good product to try, although I cannot say that for many of MuscleTech products (specially the newest ones) since they are getting way creative when it comes to releasing the newest and hottest stuff available. It is not the case many times, and could be very costly to be trying all of them out, so be aware!!. Try Leukic though, I even think the ratio between capsules quantity/price is not that bad.
