(More customer reviews)i have been trying a few different products over the years. i wanted to try something different, so i thought that i would give 1 M.R. a try. I have never heard of it before, but seemed to be getting some pretty good reviews. I have struggled with "getting going" when getting to the gym. The 1 M.R. seemed to help a little. The taste isn't too bad. It is not over powering, it is pretty easy going down, and it isn't gridy or sandy feeling like some of the other ones out there. Sometimes i notice the affect still after my workout. I would still try and take it 4-5 hours before you plan on sleeping, otherwise it will be difficult sleeping later. if you haven't taken anything before and this is your first workout supplement, try to only take the recommended amount or just a little less. Once you get into a routine, then only would i take the recommended or a little more. I have a feeling that this stuff could really give you a kick if you took more.
Overall, not bad.
