The first time I took the recommended scoops ( 2 ) 45 minutes later I felt all tingly and had an explosive workout. Since I've just recovered from " Mono", this is a really good pickmeup. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for that extra pre-workout "boost". Only thing is.... The Taste! Ewwww,I tried drinking it by itself.. Does not taste like lemonade.. I almost threw-up.. I tried mixing it with my fruit smoothie.. Bad choice.. still has a very very strong gross taste in that.. Overall, if u don't mind taste and need that energy, this is the product for u. Hope this helps.
