(More customer reviews)I'm a woman and not a body builder, but I love this protein powder for a super quick breakfast or an evening snack. It gives you clean burning energy, so to speak, without the blood sugar crash of candy bars or other less than optimal snack products. It dissolves well with some vigorous shaking in any sealed container--I just use an ordinary bowl-shaped tupperware container.
It contains no fructose, and is barely sweetened with stevia extract. That's fine because I can add my own sources of sweetness in the form of organic soy milk that I buy in bulk from Costco. I had my family try it and they couldn't tell this apart from ordinary ovaltine or chocolate soy milk. Even if you're using water or milk, unless you're hyper vigilant about sugar intake, adding a bit of your own sweetener (I hate artificial sweeteners, I'd rather add raw, real sugar) would still bring your sugar intake far below most of those other "protein shake" products out in the market while still delivering a dose of high quality protein (whey is superior to all other sources of popularly available protein powders according to the sources I've researched).

(More customer reviews)What a delicious treat! With only 19g of fat and 30g of carbohydrates, Oh Yeah bars provide a whopping 27g of protein. At 380 calories, it's a good meal replacement or a well-earned snack for those days on which you're particularly active or you've worked out extra hard at the gym. As one might expect from a high quality food product these days, there are no trans fats at all. With high quality healthy snacks like this available in the marketplace, it's tough to imagine why any thinking person would ever choose a regular candy bar!
If I had my druthers, I'd like to see a little less sugar (there's 8g in this particular flavour) and a wee bit more protein but I expect the sugar is at least in part responsible for the fabulous taste. I suppose one can't have everything.
The only problem I can see with this bar is it tastes so darn good that I have a tendency to snarf it down rather than chewing daintily and savouring it. Sigh!

The caloric makeup can be adjusted to suit your needs. It has no artificials in it. It contains an excellent spectrum of good food based nutrients.
In my opinion this is one of the best gainers on the market when all factors are considered. (Price per serving, quality of ingredients, taste, versatility, and nutrient ratio.)
As a meal replacement, I tend to blend in some almond butter to raise the fat content and slow release...as well as consuming a vegetable with it. Often, I mix it with NOW Pro-Gainer and Pure whey to manipulate the nutrient ratio.

I would give this 5 stars, but the caffeine does give me some sleep issues, especially if I don't get any cardio for the day. (More customer reviews)I'm not a snacker. I like three square meals. But because I have insulin resistance (pre-diabetes), I was pretty much told firmly I had to have something every 2-2.5 hours to keep my blood sugar steady. Protein powders were recommended (low carb ones).
This one is the best of the various I've tried. It mixes well with water. The flavors are not hideous (I've tried some that made me gag and retch). In fact, the strawberry and vanilla are quite pleasant. The chocolate is so-so.
One scoop and I've got my protein and am done. 17 grams of protein at a go. That's excellent. Very low carb. Nice. Doesn't make my blood sugar go wacky.
If you've got Metabolic Syndrome or insulin resistance or even diabetes, and you don't dig those bars or want to stop to fix a mini-snack with protein and whatnot between meals, this is a terrific solution. And it's not expensive. Stir in water and you're done!

Whenever I exerted myself, the fog would build up, and not dissipate for a day or so, depending on conditions. Two days ago, the wrist strap broke while shaking water off my hands. I have owned this watch just over 1 year and 2 months. I had hoped that the 5-year warranty would indicate a better-than-average build quality, but this is without a doubt the most poorly constructed watch I have owned, inferior to the the cheap $15 jobs I wore in high school and early college.

Noxipro Review

Pros:
-Gives me energy and motivation to get to the gym
-Able to push myself a little harder with the extra energy
-Small scoop so you don't have to drink a lot, like with NO Xplode (usually just put it in with 1/2 a bottle of water)
-Has creatine so I don't have to take a 2nd supplement for that
-Doesn't make me jittery
Cons:
-On several occasions, the back of my head has hurt really bad the day after taking noxipro (I never get headaches)
-Not every time but sometimes, several hours after taking noxipro, I feel...different. I'm pretty edgy and it's almost a slight depression...
-My sleep is not as deep, granted I take this supplement at 5pm and maybe its not out of my system or something when I go to sleep at 10pm, but I drink plenty of water before and after to flush it out.
-There's no amounts of the ingredients listed, just says it's a special 'blend'
I've read that one of the components in noxipro, 1-3 dimethylamylamine, is the reason for all the side effects I'm experiencing so it may just be from person to person. I'm stuck having to go back to NO Xplode though...Hope this review helps.
