The caloric makeup can be adjusted to suit your needs. It has no artificials in it. It contains an excellent spectrum of good food based nutrients.
In my opinion this is one of the best gainers on the market when all factors are considered. (Price per serving, quality of ingredients, taste, versatility, and nutrient ratio.)
As a meal replacement, I tend to blend in some almond butter to raise the fat content and slow release...as well as consuming a vegetable with it. Often, I mix it with NOW Pro-Gainer and Pure whey to manipulate the nutrient ratio.
