I have tennis elbow. After a few days of using Dynaflex Pro Plus Gyro Exerciser, I can now extend my arm with almost no pain. This is a great product. It is worth the cost. I also purchased the optional digital speed meter that I rarely use. I use the exerciser to strengthen my arm, hand and wrist. I really do not need to know how fast I had the gyro is spinning. Besides it is very difficult to read the meter while operating the exerciser.

Carolyn's system is easy to learn, takes only 15 minutes a day and rescued me from looking way older then my age! I usually do the exercises in the morning - I call it my face yoga! It is like a meditation, as it centers me for the rest of the day...and makes me look better too! I highly recommend this program.
