(More customer reviews)I have a 40lb. xvest and wanted to get a weight vest that could handle more weight. The price was right for the 80lb. ZFO, much cheaper than the heavier xvest. The ZFO was delivered an astonishing two days after I ordered it.
As to the details, the ZFO vest is very similar in design to the xvest, a padded clam-shell design, in this case the weights are not 1-lb. iron rods as in the xvest, they are 4-lb. tightly packed bars of sand (in completely enclosed sleeves) that can be slipped into the many pockets on the back and front (two rows on each side) of the vest. So there are twenty of these bars and twenty pockets. Each row has a flap that you velcro fasten over the pockets and there are two straps with connectors and velcro that you use to secure the vest to your body. You can adjust the length of the straps to get the fit you want. The fabric of the vest is thick and strong (again, similar to the xvest) and the quality is good.
I'm happy with the purchase, but a complaint...the two boxes the ZFO come in had no instructions (and there are none on the website) for how you put the vest together, no suggestions as to how to use it (the xvest website is very helpful for suggestions as to the safe, proper use of a weight vest), and no suggestions for maintenance and cleaning!
This didn't bother me as I was already pretty knowledge from having used the xvest. Still, what would it hurt to give the buyer a little guidance? Shame!

We are experienced athletes & agree you could have more detailed instructions, but, for a quick referance, and for our teenagers coming up with a gym at home, we will refer to this poster (along with 4 others) for guidance. (More customer reviews)I first have to say great help when i inquired about this product. I got an email response when i had a question before i decided to purchase these weight wraps. My comment on this item is this. It works!! If u can get the darn thing to stay on. The material on it is a comfprtable but start working up a sweet it likes to slide back and forth at times making it rather difficult to even go on a brisk jog. Make sure u decided on how what size. I purchased a meduim but im starting to think maybe a large would have been the way to go. The materail will rip if u try to stretch it to get a nice slug fit especially if u want to prevent the wraps from sliding off when u work out and start sweeating. All in all its a good product and i highly recommend it if u want to give your body a workout. Running walking pushups crunches pullups swimming u name it this stuff will make a simple pull up a challenge. I also suggest that u figure out a way to make the things sweat proof so u dont have the problem i do. I have yet figure out to prevent the darn things from sliding. Another thing the weights have a tendencey to slide out. another down side of it. Aside from that its a great product.

I have tennis elbow. After a few days of using Dynaflex Pro Plus Gyro Exerciser, I can now extend my arm with almost no pain. This is a great product. It is worth the cost. I also purchased the optional digital speed meter that I rarely use. I use the exerciser to strengthen my arm, hand and wrist. I really do not need to know how fast I had the gyro is spinning. Besides it is very difficult to read the meter while operating the exerciser.
