(More customer reviews)I've been doing the P90X program for the past couple of months and stumbled upon Mike's Mix as an affordable alternative to the recovery drink offered by P90X. I wasn't expecting much of anything when I first tried it and was very surprised when I wasn't sore the next morning after my workout. I don't know if the chocolate flavor is new (there are no other reviews, so maybe) but was excited to give the chocolate mix a try. I wasn't disappointed. It's delicious!! And works!!

(More customer reviews)I've tried a lot of other whey protein powders, but this brand is the best deal for the money. It tastes great, mixes well (I use either soy milk or water) and satisfies my hunger. It's also one of the lowest carb mixes out there. I've also noticed that if I drink one of these shakes right after working out I don't seem to get sore.
Let me state up front - I'm not a body builder - I'm an over 50, out of shape housewife getting ready for lap band surgery. I'm losing the weight I need to before the surgery and this stuff is helping. I was using Muscle Milk light, but it has way more carbs and I wasn't losing any weight with it - just building muscle.
The Cafe Mocha is great and so is the Butter Cream Toffee.

(More customer reviews)When i opened the box, I was disappointed by the package. The cover of gainer powder was transparent. That doesn't matter.
However the scoop in the box was cut in kinda messy way, so I just threw that away and used my old one.
When I mixed it with water, there were a few particles that couldn't be dissolved in water. And there were few lumps that didn't dissolved.
I bought this cuz it's quality was better compared with other's gainer. However, it's few flaws makes me to find other gainer.

(More customer reviews)This is one of the tastiest protein shakes I've ever had...and I've had quite a few. Not only that, the protein is a high quality source: caseinate and milk proteins. A lot of poor quality bars and drinks rely on soy protein, which is cheaper and not as good (especially for men), so I always look for whey or milk proteins. Casein is especially great because it digests very slowly, and I drink these a couple of hours before bed to keep some protein going to the muscles while I sleep.
