(More customer reviews)This is a pleasant surprise! I have been using the weighted fitness ball for a few weeks to help work out a shoulder problem. For that, it has been tremendous. But the other benefits that I discovered, really make this item a great value. The value is in the fact that the ball is soft and pliable. I have been tossing it up and catching it in a "claw" grip. Don't let the light weight fool you! After a several reps, you can feel the burn in the forearms and even the delts.
The strap is helpful for the shoulder swing exercises, but gripping the ball while doing them adds another dimension to the work. IF you're serious about shoulder health, GET THIS BALL!!

(More customer reviews)I use this weight while working out with my Bosu Ball to help with balance and knee strenght training after a dbl total knee replacement surgery--- OUCH!! We have hardwood flooring and these soft weights do not damage our floors and other things, as would the harder weights would. Oh yes, when they bounce off my knees, when I goof up during training, the pain is not near as bad, a very good thing!!

(More customer reviews)I bought this ball mainly to use while sitting at a table while working. It's an appropriate height to substitute as a chair, and it is indeed 65 cm in diameter, as advertised. It did have a very rubbery odor for about 4 days, but now it's fine, and I'm pleased that I haven't had to re-inflate yet after about 3 weeks of use.

Savasa for Women Eco Body Ball with Pump and SPT Workout DVD Review

(More customer reviews)I loved this body ball when I first recieved it...untill after only 2 months out of nowhere it popped. I was simply sitting on it at work (i weigh 130 lbs & have a 65 cm ball...more than enough), and it blew apart and i fell to the hard floor. I contacted savasa & after a month i finally received a replacement. I have blown up the new one (not easily though since the cheap plastic fitting on BOTH pumps i have broke!), and it is not even close to the same size!! I am very aggravated, and all they can say is that i need to blow it up more.... I can't, the nozzle is broken...besides that the ball is ROCK HARD and maybe 2/3 the size it should be. I'm not impressed & will not buy from this company again!!
