I would give this 5 stars, but the caffeine does give me some sleep issues, especially if I don't get any cardio for the day. Even with my caffeine sensitivity (geez, I sound like a wuss) I still highly recommend this product.
Now with my wussy Con outta the way...
Pro: THIS STUFF KICKS MAJOR BOO-TAY!!!!!! Freaky pumps, endurance, and strength. I broke past my plateaus after one week of using this product and haven't lost it. Major pump after the first use...MAJOR PUMP - felt like my skin was gonna split with stretch marks.

As with any diet pills, you still need a plan of action to lose the weight and cannot expect the pills to do the work for you. The pills do give me more energy. I am not sure if the pills curb my hunger. It is not advisable to use the pills as a replacement for an entire meal. Although, perhaps either the pills or the fact that I don't generally get really hungry anymore have anything to do with me eating less. I have lost over 20 lbs alongside these pills and have felt more energy lately. It is still important to understand that dieting is a lot of hard work and discipline.

There is 300mg of caffeine among other ingredients, so be prepared to stay awake for a while after taking this. It's great for hitting the gym hard and lifting heavy. I would not take this for a cardio workout. No side effects other than a little shakiness on an empty stomach.

I have never heard of it before, but seemed to be getting some pretty good reviews. I have struggled with "getting going" when getting to the gym. The 1 M.R. seemed to help a little. The taste isn't too bad. It is not over powering, it is pretty easy going down, and it isn't gridy or sandy feeling like some of the other ones out there. Sometimes i notice the affect still after my workout. I would still try and take it 4-5 hours before you plan on sleeping, otherwise it will be difficult sleeping later. if you haven't taken anything before and this is your first workout supplement, try to only take the recommended amount or just a little less. Once you get into a routine, then only would i take the recommended or a little more. I have a feeling that this stuff could really give you a kick if you took more.
Overall, not bad.

(More customer reviews)First of all, sorry for my poor inglish. I have just taken 2 pre-workout supplements, this one and jack3d. With jack3d i got mixed results, they wher days it really effected me, other days i didnt feel a thing. I wanted to try this n.o. cause it has the same ingredients of jack3d plus the theophylline, witch had the old formula of jack3d giving good results to people. So i thought this pre-wo would be a little more stronger. I just have 3 days taking it. The first day i went for 2 scoops, in matter of seconds i felt nauseous, but went away after a few minutes, luckly. It did wake me up, but i just didnt feel the energy or the pump. In the second day i went for 3 scoops, i felt i little more energy and a nice pump (working out biceps). The only bad this is a couldnt sleep that night, even tough i took it like at 4:00pm, i am sensible to the caffeine, plus the green tea extract that has, really is a problem for me.
For me the pros and cons so far:
Pros:
Really good taste, a lot better than the tropical fruit jack3d. 9/10
Mixability is very good too.9/10
It has green tea extract, so if you are cutting like i am, it will help you supress the hunger after the workout.
Cons:
The combination of caffeine, green tea extract and the theophylline can be a huge problem if your a sensitive to stims or workout past the mornings, in the sleeping deparment at night.
I feel i get more irritated easyer, may be of the lack of sleep at night.
I would keep updating.

*Well i have almost finished my tub of n.o. ignite, and i have to say, overall it is good stuff, the nauseous issue went away after the 2nd day, and with the past of days i think my body did some adjustments to this n.o. giving me the energy and the pumps i wher looking for.
A week later i bought som L-arginine pills, hepled alot for really huge pumps.
So i would recommend this Pre to anywone, specially if they finished i cycle of jac3d or any other pre-wo, give this one a shot.
