The video demonstrates the exercises adequately enough, but set your expectations low. It does not meet the production standards of bigger name competitors: Gaiam, The Firm, Turbo Jam, etc...

Obviously shot on video, the copy I received contains poor resolution and jumps throughout. It is servicable for people like me, who only need to see the exercises demonstrated once. It is not intended for use as a classroom-style workout.
