(More customer reviews)This stuff is crazy. It really gets you motivated to work out. It makes it so that the burn you normally feel is significantly less, so you can keep pressing through the set. It is nice to use while spinning too. Its as if your lactic acid threshold is higher so you can spin really hard for longer before your anaerobic system gives out. My favorite part about it though is the motivation and energy it gives you. Sometimes its hard for me to find the motivation to run or spin after lifting and this helps a lot.
The only thing I don't like about it is that it makes your tissues hold more water, so muscle definition decreases a bit when you've been taking it. I only take it like 3 or 4 days a week in order to minimize these effects.
