I did a lot of research on an alternative to the suggested P90X brand recovery drink and this stuff was always highly recommended. The first week of workouts I didn't have a recovery drink for and my muscles were so sore I lost sleep! As soon as I started taking this stuff I noticed that my muscle pain was almost completely gone and my strength greatly improved. It has everything you need after a hard workout including a great amount of protien, carbs and low fat too. It also has BCAA's, creatine and glucosamine for joint health. Not to mention the taste is AMAZIING!!! It's so delicious. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs a good post workout drink.
