(More customer reviews)I've cycled through probably 5 different meal replacement packets on and off over the past few years and they're all pretty similar - thick, clumpy, and ranging from "school glue" to "eh" in flavor - but the Optimum Nutrition packs (the strawberry in particular) are actually bordering on tasty. They have a bit of added fiber as well, so I no longer have to add a fiber bar to the end of every shake. And on top of all that, they have the distinction of being the only complete MRP I've ever used that can actually be stirred to drink-ability with just a spoon. Everything else requires a trip through the blender or it's like drinking chicken and dumplings.
