(More customer reviews)This pre-workout supplement provides great energy, but is not the best. I prefer many other options like SuperPump250 or Shock Therapy or Animal Pump. It's not bad, I got it because it was ~$20 for 2 tubs, but the price is much higher now and I wouldn't recommend it now as a good value. You don't get many servings per container and the Niacin flush is unpleasant. If you're serious about your training, look elsewhere...
