The best prework out mix I have ever had!!!!! My muscles get fuller and rock hard for a pump that is out of this world. I am more focused and my workouts are much more intense. I also am not as sore as i normally am after an intense workout. If there were a six star I would give it five just isnt enough!!! I do prefer the Punch to the grape but grape isnt that bad.. FYI It does clump up in the heat so keep it at room temp and out of ur gym bag in the car!
