(More customer reviews)I lost 25 pounds in two months using LIPO in conjunction with a semi-decent diet (ice cream is the devil) and exercising three times a week. But....I did not cycle off. I ended up getting prostatitis because I used it longer than was recommended. A coworker had the same problem after taking it for 3 months straight. Again, it works great, just be sure to cycle off of it.

(More customer reviews)After doing a good deal of research on assisted supplements, I decided to choose this based on the good things I heard about this in forums. Now of course, one must use common sense, it does have caffeine in it but that is not its foundation. Best time to take this is in the morning (or when you wake up) then the next pack 4-5 hours later. Of course you do not want to take it late at night.
More importantly, the product works. I previously used mri black powder with my workouts but took a break from it as I didn't want to over supplement myself. With this product, you will want to drink plenty of water, and don't expect it to be a magic pill. I used this with my normal workouts, and even on non-workout days, the results are showing and my body fat level has decreased 2% from previous level leaving me at about 8% body fat (considered very lean), regardless I am still on my last week of it, so I have not finished. It is 9 pills per pack, which is only the slighest hassle, no big deal. It gives good energy and no crashes. It does contain caffeine, but the more important ingredients are in the thyroid complex as well as the green tea extract.

So i decided to try powder instead. i narrowed it down to JACKED, NO Explode and this, Anarchy after seeing all three featured in various magazines. and MR! which i seen at Max muscle here in Albuquerque. now NO Explode was already one of my least favorite because ive seen it turn a friend of mine into a connect the dot puzzle in high school, breaking out in acne all over his body... gross. and the store here was sold out of MR1 and as for jacked ive heard good things and but decided on this from advice from a trainer. upon the first test the first thing that came to mind is the taste is amazing compared to others almost along the lines of a koolaid packet it mixed and dissolved easily and was down the hatch. appx 5 minutes later i felt a tinngling sensation similar to that of a niacin tablet without the flush or itching. 25 minutes later at the gym i felt great accompanied with some fast paced music i had a great workout with great pumps and intensity. my only complaints is that after words i felt fatigued but that may be due to such a hardcore workout. and second that i paid 60$ for it here in town but the product its worth it.
