Pumps and strength gains are definitely impressive. I would definitely recommend taking some substantial time away from these supps after several weeks of use; they are costly and the NO-Xplode particularly seems to have some diminishing returns after the first few weeks. The pricing on Amazon certainly makes these more attractive...

I have been using NO-Xplode by BSN for months now. Along with my iPod it has been one of the main factors in me losing over 55 lbs and at least 30 of that was pure fat! Do the research people.. you will find that the fat burning qualities of this product aren't the only benefit. The 'pump' you get is only the beginning. The blend that is within the product allows for sustained workout times, faster recovery and healing of worked outmuscles, higher reps for weight training and even longer cardio sessions.. if you are doing that.. and you always should be.
It has become one of the base supplements that I have added to my routine. NO-Xplode Review

(More customer reviews)First off, I'm a 21-year-old male. I completed my first cycle on NO-XPLODE about two weeks ago, and I have to say I did notice a great increase in my ability to focus and exert more power at the gym. I've also gained more muscle mass since using this product, along with two soy protein shakes a day. Let me just break down my overall experience for you:
Pros:
Like I said, it helped me maintain my focus, and I didn't have to wait so long in between sets. I always felt pumped and ready to go at the gym. I easily spent between an hour and a half to two hours without feeling tired. I would have to make myself leave the gym, reminding myself it wasn't good if I lifted too much in one day. Unlike some of the reviewers on other sites, I never had any sudden stomach outbursts while I was at the gym. Whew.
Cons:
There were a couple of drawbacks to using this product, as it does contain a freakish amount of caffeine, and I'm assuming it's this dosage that gives you the focus and energy I spoke of. The first two weeks of use, my body had some issues after coming down off my "high" at the gym. For instance, I didn't take it on days I didn't train, and it would be on those days I would have the worst headaches I've ever had. And when I say bad, I mean my co-workers would ask me if something was wrong. I'd also have these overwhelming feelings of depression and hopelessness at times that were simply unexplainable, as my life is pretty darn peachy.
I will say that I know I wasn't drinking the recommended amount of water along with this product, which is a LOT - 120 oz. a day. So that may be what contributed to the side effects. I started upping my water intake and did not notice anymore headaches, but this of course could be due to the fact my body was becoming a lot more tolerant at this point.
Bottom Line: I was happy with the overall results of the product. I recently purchased another cycle of it and plan on drinking the recommended amount of water to see if that helps with the headaches. If anyone has any other tips on using this product, by all means leave me a comment!

Cellmass Review

(More customer reviews)I first took creatine about 10 years ago and it made me gain a ton of water in my body. It also made me constantly thirsty. I stopped after a month and never went back after that bloating experience. After getting back in to lifting the past year, I tried No Xplode which gave me the energy to work out hard. You have to get off No Xplode after a month or two because that one scoop doesn't work as well as the first month because your body gets used to it. Btw No Xplode does not advertise how much caffeine is in it.
Anyways, a budy of mine who used to compete in the amateur bodybuilding circuit told me to take Cellmass. He told me several times over and over until I finally did. I am really glad I did! Cellmass mixes very well with water and is not like the sandy creatine in other products. Cellmass' creatine is micronized which explains the ton of dust when you open up the container (trust me on this and don't inhale when you open the container or pour the scoop or you will sneeze). Cellmass does not make you bloat what so ever. I did notice the constaint gains in my bench presses every week. I gained about 15 lbs every two weeks and now am now peaked since I stopped taking it. It is amazing when you can't bench something and then a month later you are doing several reps of the same weight. I tried the NSM version of creatine which is cheaper in price, but it is very sandy and does not mix well with water. Save your money by not buying the cheaper forms of creatine. Cellmass is pricy but you really get what you pay for. I also noticed that my recovery time is extended by a day or two more since I stopped taking it. I only tried the grape flavor so far.

(More customer reviews)I am currently on my second container of Gaspari's SuperPump 250. I have tried NO Xplode, a similar Nitric Oxide product.
With the NO Xplode I got decent pumps and excellent focus for about the first two weeks. After time I grew more and more tolerant, to the point where 2.5 scoops was barely noticeable.
I decided to switch to SuperPump, mainly because it was $15 cheaper. I'm so glad that I did. I currently take 2 heaping scoops of SuperPump with a half tsp. of creatine ethyl ester before every workout. In 20-30 minutes my head is rushing, my muscles are pumping, and I have an incredible feeling of focus and energy. I can work out harder, my muscles get incredibly pumped, and my veins grow more distinguishable. SuperPump also helps to burn fat. The best part is that the effects of SuperPump last for about 2 hours, and I still get the same if not more effect as I did on the very first day.
Side Effects:
-Smelly Gas every now and then
-Change in stool consistency.
-Drowsiness after wearing off (if you take too late at night)
-Light Headedness (if you are dehydrated)Before using SuperPump there are a few things you should know.
-I've only tried Blue Raspberry. It's an acquired taste but it is definitely manageable. No gagging like I did with NO-Xplode Lemon Lime
-Take it on an empty stomach and don't eat or drink anything but water for at least 20 minutes after taking! Otherwise your SuperPump may turn into SuperPoop.
-This is not for the casual gym goer. This is for regular, explosive workouts to put on lean muscle.
-Not good for aerobic workouts. I've tried it and I feel like my muscles get too pumped. It hinders range of motion a bit and I get slightly queasy.
-Start small. One scoop the first couple times. Once you get used to it up to 1.5 scoops. Then go to 2. Then if you really want to get pumped go for 2 heaping or 2.5 I have felt no need to go with 3.
-It says on the package to take on off days. Don't. It's a waste of money.
-Drink lots of water!
-I'd recommend cycling. I do 3 months on and 1 month off, in conjunction with my creatine.
If you follow those tips you should minimize side effects and get fantastic results. I will never go back to a different Nitrogen product.
