(More customer reviews)Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Phil I am 20 years old, 6 ft 1 and I weight about 188lbs with 11% body fat. I work out on a 5 day split: shoulders, arms, chest, back, legs. I have used monster mass for a little more than 2 weeks.
After months of stagnating at roughly the same strength/muscle level I decided I wanted to get serious and gain more weight and power. I set a goal of 200-210 lbs with the same or less body fat % and can safely say that monster mass is helping me along my way. Although I was familiar with whey protein, I had never used a gainer shake before. Every week each of my muscle groups are tangibly stronger than the week before. My rep counts climb and I add weight to my lifts frequently. I usually drink one of these post workout, and sometimes drink one in the morning.
The taste is, as the label indicates, extremely rich and satisfying (I have chocolate). It dissolves easily with water in my blender bottle but not so easily with milk. Drinking it with milk can also leave you bloated and heavy, but with water it goes through your system easily and does not fill you very much.
My primary complaint with the product is the fat and cholesterol levels. One shake with water packs in about a third of your daily fat intake with about half of your saturated fat intake. In addition each has more than 40% of daily cholesterol. Although I have successfully managed to prevent fat gain by getting 45min - 1hour of cardio a day, if I didn't have time for lots of walking and running I can see this product increasing my waist size. I also do my best to eat healthy organic foods: chicken breast, potatoes, bananas, peanut butter, greek yogurt, etc.
Overall, I am happy with the product and will finish my 6lb tub. But for my next gainer, I will probably look for a lower fat, lower cholesterol product. Masstech gainer look pretty good in comparison. I just don't see why there needs to be this much fat and cholesterol in the shake (can someone tell me). The carb and protein levels are satisfactory.

We bought a mixed pack and my husband will finish them but i dont think he will buy more. If you can get over the smell and consistency youll love these as he loves the powder mix and this brand in general.

(More customer reviews)I loved this body ball when I first recieved it...untill after only 2 months out of nowhere it popped. I was simply sitting on it at work (i weigh 130 lbs & have a 65 cm ball...more than enough), and it blew apart and i fell to the hard floor. I contacted savasa & after a month i finally received a replacement. I have blown up the new one (not easily though since the cheap plastic fitting on BOTH pumps i have broke!), and it is not even close to the same size!! I am very aggravated, and all they can say is that i need to blow it up more.... I can't, the nozzle is broken...besides that the ball is ROCK HARD and maybe 2/3 the size it should be. I'm not impressed & will not buy from this company again!!

I get tired of seeing the fuzzy math by some of these companies "net 4g of carbs." For sure! You know what, Eat real food, get off the couch and you can enjoy a lot of stuff. I am a Muscle Brownie fan because I like what these guys are doing.

(More customer reviews)I tried the Muscle Milk drinks. They are high protein and filling and I like that I can find them in Lactose Free varieties - chocolate and vanilla. So I thought I'd give the protein bars a go for a change from all that fluid intake(and output). I went with the Muscle Milk Light Chocolate Peanut Caramel. The bars were also zero lactose which is a plus in my case(I have a really really bad relationship with dairy products).
Nutrition info wise - they appealed to me as well. High protein 15 grms;low sugar 9 gr(compared to other protein bars), 170 calories - which are filling and satisfying ,0 cholesterol,6 gr fat(4 saturated, 0 trans)sodium - 105mg,100mg potassium and 4 gm of dietary fiber - not too bad - remember these are the "light" bars. If you are looking for a good source of vitamins and minerals, you won't find that here, so I don't think I would use them as a meal replacement.Also - there are 18 gr of carbs.
The taste was good - very chocolaty and a good taste of the caramel filling as well. The bar is small but hefty weighing in at 1.59 oz. And I found that it was a great way to control hunger between meals. I found though, they stuck to and between my teeth, so this is not something I would eat on the run or right before an important meeting. You really need to brush or rinse afterwards.
The ingredients, which include a bunch of stuff that just doesn't sound too healthy(a couple I couldn't pronounce) and the sticking to my teeth factor, keep me from going 4 or 5 stars.
Here are the ingredients(for the chocolate caramel peanut bar):
Hydrolyzed Gelatin,polydextrose,evaporated cane juice solids,whey protein isolate,fractionated palm kernel oil,milk protein isolate,water,honey roasted peanuts(peanuts,sugar,peanut and/or canola oil,honey,salt,modified potato starch and xanathan gum)corn syrup,nonfat dry milk,glycerin,high maltose corn syrup,peanut flour,cocoa powder, soy lecithin,crystalline fructose,natural and artificial flavors, partially hydrogenated palm oil,salt,butter,sucralose
What the heck is fractionated palm kernel oil or crystalline fructose anyway? Partailly hydrogenated palm oil - isn't that the stuff that all the experts say to stay away from?
Also included milk,peanuts,soy and manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts.I'm guessing the dairy products like milk are something like "Lactaid" that doesn't have the lactose. I had no lactose intolerant problems with these.
The shelf life looks to be about a year from the manufacture date.
So 3 stars I guess for being high protein, good tasting and lactose free -a VERY occasional snack.
