This is recommended for serious lifters, you should be experienced, and not just take this cuz you saw your buddies taking it. It's powerful stuff. Follow the directions precisely. It has like a million ingredients in it. So I could see why it upset some peoples stomachs. But if your a lucky one like me who can handle the stimulants it's an amazing product. If you know creatine or other products bother you, look at the label before getting it. You literally feel the energy rush within minutes. And it does what it claims to do. You get real focused and ready to attack the weights. If you're in the gym to have casual conversations with everyone and take it easy you don't need this. It makes you focused to do what you set out to do. I was never a fan of muscletech products, but this stuff does what it says it will. I gave it a 4 because my stomach bothered me a little bit today but not on previous days. Good stuff
