I wasn't expecting much of anything when I first tried it and was very surprised when I wasn't sore the next morning after my workout. I don't know if the chocolate flavor is new (there are no other reviews, so maybe) but was excited to give the chocolate mix a try. I wasn't disappointed. It's delicious!! And works!!
