(More customer reviews)I ordered one of these posters and I got the wrong size and sent them back for an exchange. I had a UPS tracking # for the return and I called the Algra company daily for 1 1/2 weeks when they were going to send the exchange and every day I got the same response- "it shipped today." It still has not shipped after 1 1/2 weeks AFTER they received my return. Had to do a credit card charge back. Be very careful of this company.
