They give you a better burn because the gravity is in the centre so you work harder at stabilizing than with dumbbells, and they're simply more fun to work with. The various kettlebell exercises are very challenging and you honestly feel like you're an athlete. You really focus on your form. Even reps are more difficult to complete than with dumbbbells. Worth every penny.
