This was a christmas gift for my father last year and just hearing about the delivery and install I was more then impressed. It is just as well built as the machines we use the gym and will last him a lifetime. Some fitness equipment will only last a few years with everyday use, but he and my mother have been using it everyday for almost a year, and they love it! Lots of options for different exercises (maybe get an exercise ball to use as well with some of the movements). Basically he loves it so much, that he jokes that he should make an execrise DVD to go with is...with him as the spokesperson!
