(More customer reviews)These bands are cheap, breaking very easily on basic exercises. I just purchased them to compliment P90x and I had TWO of the 5 break on me already. Not only is it a waste of time and money, but a risk to your personal health since they snap off like a rubber band and you are transferring so much force.

This latex tube resistance band set is amazing in terms of options and range for different resistance levels. There are five tubes with different levels of resistance which can be used individually or in any combination. The tubes are easy to unhook for different exercise and or resistance. Also, you can leave them hooked but only apply some of the tubes in the exercise for easy adjustments to the resistance level.
