(More customer reviews)I ordered the Bow Classic a few weeks ago and I'm really enjoying it. I'm now 63 years old and was wanting something to use at home to do some basic exercises to improve muscle tone and strength. This product is perfect for my purposes. Since I've been using it, I feel much better and the muscle tension I used to carry in my back and shoulders is gone. The reviewer who complained that the Bow Classic is too long would probably have been happy with their shorter product, which I think is called the Steel Bow and which comes with adjustable springs. My son, who is shorter than me tried to use the Bow Classic and found it a little long for him (I'm 5'9" and he's 5'6'). As you can see, I'm a contented customer. If you are a shorter than average person, I would suggest reading the descriptions and comments on both this and the shorter product before making a purchase. I have only the Bow Classic and it's a quality piece of equipment at a very fair price.

I work out three to four times a week and before I started using NO2 (together with CE2) my muscles simply didn't react to my hard work. Now they're growing and I feel pumped. I don't like to use products with caffeine or other strong stimulants but at the same time I need some energy for my early-morning workouts. This does the job perfectly. I sip it in between sets and it gives me just enough energy to get through the next set. It also supplies some extra creatine and amino acids. Don't expect a miracle powder, there are none. But if you want a little boost before each set, this does the job. Unlike most of the body building "energy" supplements out there that I have tried that are full of caffeine you don't get buzzed and then feel depleted afterwards.

Not only does it contain 100% whey protein, it also contains other supplements which can further enhance results such as creatine, taurine, glutamine, leucine, isoleucine, valine. This product has been regularly advertised in magazines such as Muscle and Fitness for many years.
Each scoop contains a very high 26 grams of protein, 130 calories, 2 grams fat, and 2 grams sugars. There is about 7 grams of BCAA's per 2 scoops. Each scoop is 33 grams of powder and there are about 28 servings per container or if you double scoop about 14 servings per container.
The taste is great when mixed with milk. The vanilla flavor isn't so exciting when mixed with water but is still ok. Make sure to blend this in a blender for best taste. Or atleast use a shaker bottle to mix this with your drink, it wont be as good as blended but still ok. I wouldn't recommend mixing this with a spoon because it tends to get very clumpy and wont disolve thoroughly and doesn't taste very good. I've also tried the chocolate flavor and will say that the vanilla tastes better.
Results are good while using this product. I have gained many pounds of muscle in a few months. So far all my muscle groups have seen gains while using this product. Don't expect this product to be a miracle powder if you don't do the hard work necessary to gain muscle. For best results use before and after your workouts.

(More customer reviews)I have to admit this is definitely a good product. I do not believe in 80% of supplements, and pay most of my attention to training and nutrition. However, whey protein, creatine and amino acids have always worked. Well, I have added this one to the list because the results were very noticeable. I was also taking NitroTech at the same time but not so much because it makes me loose definition and gets me a feeling of fulness for long periods of time. By itself, I think it is a good product to try, although I cannot say that for many of MuscleTech products (specially the newest ones) since they are getting way creative when it comes to releasing the newest and hottest stuff available. It is not the case many times, and could be very costly to be trying all of them out, so be aware!!. Try Leukic though, I even think the ratio between capsules quantity/price is not that bad.
