They are dense, but filling and need to be eaten with a large glass of water. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in Fitness and working out. They taste great!

(More customer reviews)Con: I am sensitive to caffeine. So on my off days, I make sure to take this in the morning so I can sleep at night. I would give this 5 stars, but the caffeine does give me some sleep issues, especially if I don't get any cardio for the day. Even with my caffeine sensitivity (geez, I sound like a wuss) I still highly recommend this product.
Now with my wussy Con outta the way...
Pro: THIS STUFF KICKS MAJOR BOO-TAY!!!!!! Freaky pumps, endurance, and strength. I broke past my plateaus after one week of using this product and haven't lost it. Major pump after the first use...MAJOR PUMP - felt like my skin was gonna split with stretch marks.
Further: Stack this with BETA-ALANINE (this one will take a few weeks to take full effect...but, mind-blowing results).

In the pre-workout category Super Pump 250 is the reigning king of dramtic effects. (More customer reviews)I'm not a snacker. I like three square meals. But because I have insulin resistance (pre-diabetes), I was pretty much told firmly I had to have something every 2-2.5 hours to keep my blood sugar steady. Protein powders were recommended (low carb ones).
This one is the best of the various I've tried. It mixes well with water. The flavors are not hideous (I've tried some that made me gag and retch). In fact, the strawberry and vanilla are quite pleasant. The chocolate is so-so.
One scoop and I've got my protein and am done. 17 grams of protein at a go. That's excellent. Very low carb. Nice. Doesn't make my blood sugar go wacky.
If you've got Metabolic Syndrome or insulin resistance or even diabetes, and you don't dig those bars or want to stop to fix a mini-snack with protein and whatnot between meals, this is a terrific solution. And it's not expensive. Stir in water and you're done!
Recommended.

(More customer reviews)This watch is supposedly water resistant, but mine developed fog on the inside of the glass while doing moderately strenuous home improvement tasks immediately after purchase. Whenever I exerted myself, the fog would build up, and not dissipate for a day or so, depending on conditions. Two days ago, the wrist strap broke while shaking water off my hands. I have owned this watch just over 1 year and 2 months. I had hoped that the 5-year warranty would indicate a better-than-average build quality, but this is without a doubt the most poorly constructed watch I have owned, inferior to the the cheap $15 jobs I wore in high school and early college.

Noxipro Review

(More customer reviews)Noxipro works well but I stopped using it after a few months because of some adverse side effects. Read the pros & cons and decide for yourself.
Pros:
-Gives me energy and motivation to get to the gym
-Able to push myself a little harder with the extra energy
-Small scoop so you don't have to drink a lot, like with NO Xplode (usually just put it in with 1/2 a bottle of water)
-Has creatine so I don't have to take a 2nd supplement for that
-Doesn't make me jittery
Cons:
-On several occasions, the back of my head has hurt really bad the day after taking noxipro (I never get headaches)
-Not every time but sometimes, several hours after taking noxipro, I feel...different. I'm pretty edgy and it's almost a slight depression...
-My sleep is not as deep, granted I take this supplement at 5pm and maybe its not out of my system or something when I go to sleep at 10pm, but I drink plenty of water before and after to flush it out.
-There's no amounts of the ingredients listed, just says it's a special 'blend'
I've read that one of the components in noxipro, 1-3 dimethylamylamine, is the reason for all the side effects I'm experiencing so it may just be from person to person. I'm stuck having to go back to NO Xplode though...Hope this review helps.
