(More customer reviews)Too bad there is so much false information going around about creatine. First, creatine is not a steroid else it couldn't be sold online within the States. Your kidneys won't explode either and won't cause other major organs to shut down. Creatine shouldn't cause muscle tears either. In fact, it's one of the safest supplements a person could use next to whey and fish oil capsules.
FYI, most creatines are about the same. I bought this one because it was micronized and at a good price. My only compliant I have with this company is the same for all companies; it had very little instructions in how to take creatine.
Here's how you ought to take it. There is no need to load with creatine. You do need to dilute the powder greatly when using it. If you take creatine alone, 5g should be diluted in 32oz at the minimum. There's no benefit to taking it before you workout so another suggestion is taking it with your post workout shake (which then benefits from using a high GI drink, I recommend this). 5g, 2.5g should be taken everyday.
If you have previous problems with retaining water weight from using creatine, using as little as 2.5g or 1/2 tsp can still be beneficial and you'll avoid the bloat. The benefit may not be as high but benefit nonetheless.
Creatine is a natural occurring amino acid that occurs in your body and in meat. It's about as safe as supplement get however with any supplement it should be used carefully and within specifications. And it's always good to detox from all supplements every few months for 2-3 weeks.
Benefits to be expected are:
-Reduced amount of fatigue during workouts
-Decrease in recovery time between sets and muscle recovery in between workout days.
-Up to 10% increase in all your lifts.
-Volumization of muscles, density.
Negatives:
-Increased water retention of some(which is why the muscles are harder to fatigue), ie increased overall bodyweight
-It simply may not work for you though that is the minority
-Some have found that it increases their blood pressure

In the last few years, I had incorporated 8 different supplements to my daily routine, not counting multivitamin/fish oil. I usually avoid all-in-one fat-burners because of the typical large amounts of caffeine, which tend to make me feel jittery. JetFuel is very smooth at the right dosage, works extremely quick (liquid formula), and keeps me going for a long time. It has allowed me to scrap a lot of my supplements and make things a lot more simple by using just this. I got some 2"x2" ziplock baggies to carry my afternoon dosage at work, and this has worked out exceedingly well (some residue from the liquid formula could leak into my pocket).

(More customer reviews)I have never considered using a thermogenic or a stimulant fat burning product, mainly because stims wreck me but also because I've never needed to lose fat. After getting my diet and training dialed in, I added Recreate for an extra punch and noticed results halfway through the bottle.
Recreate had me sweating for the first two bottles, but by the third I could barely feel it. But barely feeling it is exactly the reason I chose it. The stimulants (only 75mg of caffeine per cap) are very weak, as this is NOT intended to be an energy supplement. The caffeine is necessary to jumpstart the process of lipolysis (burning fat for fuel), and is simply one of many pathways for fat loss in Recreate. With an intense weight training program, a dialed in diet, I was able to drop 4 pants sizes in the course of two months.
The most important thing to mention, is that while I was losing fat I was also gaining muscle. I did not maintain an extreme calorie deficit, but rather ate enough to continue a lean bulk that ended up with me actually only losing 5 pounds overall (from size 40 waist back down to a 36, from 215 pounds back down to 210). If you think "oh, he only lost 5 pounds", you are missing the point. The scale only shows an aggregate of your total body mass. What this means, is that while I was losing fat I was also gaining higher-density muscle tissue. The aggregate weight shift was actually more closer to 15-20 pounds over the course of the three bottles. I estimate I was able to gain approximately 4 pounds of muscle, while losing slightly more in fat _per month_. This is unbelievable, and if someone would have told me this could happen I simply would not have believed them. I gained size and strength while losing fat, and did not have to cut my caloric intake.
For those of you looking for a miracle diet pill, get out. The only real way to lose fat and keep it off is to get your diet in check, resistance training, and a solid will power. These pills will definitely help you get there, but the onus is on YOU to get right and stay away from empty calories.

I had no changes in terms of size, recovery rate, or strength with the BSN products but only one and a half weeks after starting taking ON's creatine I've noticed a growth of my muscles.
I take 1 tablespoon (5 grams of creatine) 10 minutes before the end of my workout with 8 ounces of Powerade, providing simple carbs that aide in the delivery of the creatine to the necessary muscles. I use a Nalgene to shake it up in and find that it mixes very well. The powder doesn't dissolve but it's not difficult to get it down, just shake between sips. This method helps cover any taste it may or may not have and also makes it easy to mix before drinking. I've definitely noticed a change in the size of my triceps and biceps although I have not altered my workout significantly, suggesting the creatine is the cause.
I would suggest this product, and above drinking directions, to anyone interested in taking creatine.

I gained some size and veryy little strength from it. take 20grams a day for 2-3 days not 5 days like it says on the label, and take 5 grams wen ur training and 2-3grams on non-training days because u will just waste it if your not training it gets into the form of creatinine and excreted from your body- WASTE.. not bad to cycle a couple of times,, but remember everybody is different,, i gained 5lbs of muscle in 1 month
