I had a UPS tracking # for the return and I called the Algra company daily for 1 1/2 weeks when they were going to send the exchange and every day I got the same response- "it shipped today." It still has not shipped after 1 1/2 weeks AFTER they received my return. Had to do a credit card charge back. Be very careful of this company.

This disk is very well made, strong and heavy; appears to be durable.
Happy to report that mine hasn't deflated for a long time; hope it continues so.

A warning - Olajide assumes that you already know how to box, and this DVD has no real instruction. If you need instruction, please try Kathy Smith - Cardio Knockout whcih features the AeroBox video.

The video demonstrates the exercises adequately enough, but set your expectations low. It does not meet the production standards of bigger name competitors: Gaiam, The Firm, Turbo Jam, etc...

Obviously shot on video, the copy I received contains poor resolution and jumps throughout. It is servicable for people like me, who only need to see the exercises demonstrated once. It is not intended for use as a classroom-style workout.

I like my feet anchored when I do sit ups and this is perfect. It is adjustable for feet height (in case you are wearing shoes or barefeet-has a foam sleeve). All you do is slide it under a door, close the door and you're set! Nothing can be done to improve this item. Its great as it is!

We have hardwood flooring and these soft weights do not damage our floors and other things, as would the harder weights would. Oh yes, when they bounce off my knees, when I goof up during training, the pain is not near as bad, a very good thing!!

(More customer reviews)I just purchased this cable crossover, because I have a fitness book nearly dedicated to crossover excercises. $400 plus free shipping did not make me think that I was going to get a high quality piece of equipment. However, I have been impressed with the quality. Metal is machined well with nice edges and operation of the equipment is smooth. The only complaint that I have is the lack of setup directions. I could not find any in the box nor on the internet, so we put it together based on the picture and diagram. We did not have any major problems putting it together. I have not had it long but think I definitely got what I paid for.
