(More customer reviews)I first took creatine about 10 years ago and it made me gain a ton of water in my body. It also made me constantly thirsty. I stopped after a month and never went back after that bloating experience. After getting back in to lifting the past year, I tried No Xplode which gave me the energy to work out hard. You have to get off No Xplode after a month or two because that one scoop doesn't work as well as the first month because your body gets used to it. Btw No Xplode does not advertise how much caffeine is in it.
Anyways, a budy of mine who used to compete in the amateur bodybuilding circuit told me to take Cellmass. He told me several times over and over until I finally did. I am really glad I did! Cellmass mixes very well with water and is not like the sandy creatine in other products. Cellmass' creatine is micronized which explains the ton of dust when you open up the container (trust me on this and don't inhale when you open the container or pour the scoop or you will sneeze). Cellmass does not make you bloat what so ever. I did notice the constaint gains in my bench presses every week. I gained about 15 lbs every two weeks and now am now peaked since I stopped taking it. It is amazing when you can't bench something and then a month later you are doing several reps of the same weight. I tried the NSM version of creatine which is cheaper in price, but it is very sandy and does not mix well with water. Save your money by not buying the cheaper forms of creatine. Cellmass is pricy but you really get what you pay for. I also noticed that my recovery time is extended by a day or two more since I stopped taking it. I only tried the grape flavor so far.

Only because I have purchased other types of whey protein in vanilla or chocolate and was very disappointed. They would taste so bad that I would gag when I drank it. I expected that with this once I received it but that wasn't what happened. I was so surprised with the smoothness and great taste of this. I actually look forward to drinking my protein now. I actually drink it three times a day now when with other proteins I had to force myself to drink it once a day. I would really recommend this drink to people. You will not be disappointed in this protein drink thats for sure. :-)

(More customer reviews)I've been using Accelerade for 8 months and wouldn't consider tackling a strenuous workout without taking it. Previous to the Accelerade, I was taking a liquid no-load creatine muscle recovery supplement which helped my performance significantly. I stuck with the creatine formula religiously until a "take-no-prisoners", obsessed tennis player friend introduced me to Accelerade. From the first time I took it, my intensity and stamina increased by about 20%, while diminishing DOMS to a negligible level. So now I can work out harder, longer & even more often. I do find, though, that it makes little or no difference with less difficult workouts. The taste? It's not great, just okay, but if I want to sip and savor, I'll get a glass of fine wine.
It does contain whey protein concentrate (a milk product); I'm severely lactose intolerant, and 1.5 servings of Accelerade do not bother me at all.

I was extremely skeptical at first, and didn't think this stuff was going to do anything. But I had some money to spare, and I was told to at least give it a fair shot.
I'm glad I did! The pumps are amazing and the gains are unbelievable. I'm lifting more than ever before, and it has only been four weeks. My transformation has been unbelievable!
I know this isn't a placebo affect or anything because if anything, I was positive it wouldn't work. But even a skeptic like me can't deny it when I see real results. This is a great stack that compliment each other quite nicely.
Just take 1 scoop of Shock Therapy before the workout and take Storm immediately after. On off days, just take the Storm by itself at about the same time you usually do. If you have your diet in check and are serious about getting into shape and packing on some lean muscle mass, then this is for you.
