(More customer reviews)This work out is excellent. I have been working out to the Powerstrike 4,5,6 and the sword one. Illaria is amazing. Her cue's and repetion are spot on. I feel completely satisfied when the work out has been completed. She is one of the few trainers that I feel is giving you a complete cardio, even repetions, and entire body work out. You will feel the burn...you will sweat...and you will feel great after completing Powerstrike 6. Only issue I had was some of the camera postions....when learning this video for the first time, it is important to see the repetions....the camera will sometime focus on faces or just the upper half of bodies when the lower half is being worked out. I suppose once you get use to the routine that this won't be an issue....but when learning this can pose as a problem. All and All she is awesome and I love her routine's and the flow of the movements from one position to another. GET THIS WORK OUT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT !
