It actually works and could see and feels tighter abs and my clothes fit so much better. Of course you have to watch your diet and a simple exercise like walking could get you in shape quicker. I also bought the Sport elec butt toner and noticed firmer muscles. I also love the fact that there are no replacement pads to purchase and the gel is inexpensive . Try it you won't be disappointed!
